Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversight for an assigned nursing unit.

This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys leading a team, supporting staff, and helping ensure residents receive consistent, quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the assigned nursing unit.
• Supervise, support, and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Conduct clinical rounds and monitor resident conditions and quality of care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapy, pharmacy, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Review nursing documentation, care plans, and physician orders.
• Address clinical concerns and changes in resident condition.
• Support staff development, infection prevention, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Previous nursing experience required.
• Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, or other nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
