    Position Overview: We are seeking multiple experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Managers to oversee our long-term care units. This leadership role involves supervising nursing staff, ensuring high standards of care, and serving as a key liaison between residents, families, and upper management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all supervisory duties within the unit to ensure smooth operations.
    • Assist in establishing and implementing employment policies and procedures.
    • Mentor and provide clinical and career guidance to less experienced nursing staff.
    • Maintain and uphold the standards of care for the unit.
    • Review resident records and assess quality of care.
    • Monitor overall care delivery and review individual residents cases.
    • Address inquiries or complaints from residents and their families effectively and compassionately.
    • Represent the interests of the unit with upper-level management.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in long-term care.
    • At least 2 years of experience in a unit management role.
    • Valid RN License in New York.
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Viable applicants must live within a reasonable daily commuting distance of Bronx, NY.
