Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients.
Work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals to monitor and document vital signs and patient progress.
Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and provide post-care support.
Engage in research initiatives to improve cancer treatment protocols.
Qualifications:
RN License: Active New York State RN license required.
Basic Life Support Certification
Experience: At least 1 year in outpatient oncology and medication administration.
Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds. Travel between locations as needed.
