Competitive Salary ----------------

$36.00-$44.00/hr and Shift Differentials!

Weekend Warrior Program - RN's -----------------------------

Compensated an additional $12/hr differential rate for all weekend hours scheduled to work.

Must be scheduled to work at least 3 shifts every weekend between Friday night (11-7) and Sunday night (11-7), allowing them to be considered a part-time employee.

Salary Disclosure Statement ---------------------------

The salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives (if applicable) are offered separately. Offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc.

Responsibilities ----------------

  • Assist in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within State and Federal guidelines
  • Review all referrals for consultation, treatment, or resolution of problems are valid and applicable to the documented nurse plans
  • Evaluate and monitor resident responses to daily implementation of nursing care to ensure the provision of resident care plans are met
  • Implement physician's orders, nursing interventions, and procedures as needed for the care of the resident
  • Seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levels
  • Set and implement goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of FutureCare's nursing facility

Qualifications --------------

  • Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland
  • 1 year of nursing experience preferred
  • Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long-term healthcare facility is a plus
  • Must possess a current CPR license
