A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Operating Room team. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional perioperative care in a collaborative surgical environment while supporting professional growth and clinical excellence.
Provide direct nursing care to surgical patients using the nursing process and established clinical standards
Deliver safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care throughout the perioperative experience
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Delegate appropriate patient care activities to other members of the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Promote patient safety and adherence to perioperative standards and best practices
Perform preceptor and charge nurse responsibilities as assigned
Demonstrate professional accountability and commitment to continuous learning and development
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification if required by the department
Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Minimum of two years of Registered Nurse experience required
At least one year of Operating Room RN experience strongly preferred
CNOR certification preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
