AS THE WOUND/SKIN CARE REGISTERED NURSE (RN), you will be responsible for coordinating wound and skin care activities for outpatients and serve as a resource for inpatients. The Registered Nurse will deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation, while effectively interacting with patients, significant others, and other healthcare team members to maintain standards of professional nursing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nursing License or Temporary Practice Permit required
- Two (2) years of Registered Nursing experience in patient care setting required
- Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification obtained within 6 months of start date in position required
