    Location: Yakima, WA

    Schedule: Flexible schedule - Full time or part time we value work/life balance offering 8 or 12 hour shifts with 3 days on 4 days off!

    Pay: $45 - $55 per hour - we offer shift deferential for evening, weekends, NOC.

    JOB SUMMARY

    A Registered Nurse (RN) partnering with Radiant Medical Staffing will work with our Skilled Nursing facilities to provide day to day nursing care and ensure the safety of residents. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give quality nursing care with little supervision. 


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide primary care to residents with varying backgrounds and medical histories
    • Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatment in accordance with approved nursing techniques
    • Ensure residents’ chart is current
    • Assess resident for change of condition
    • A Registered Nurse (RN) will assist with new resident admission process
    • Keep residents’ family and physician informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications, or conditions of health
    • Communicate needs of resident to outside providers including but not limited to: Primary Care Provider, Home Health Agency, Pharmacy, etc
    • Complete incident and accident investigation in collaboration with other clinical personnel.
    • Other Duties as Assigned

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the State of practice
