Job Highlights
Conduct patient assessments, monitor clinical status, and develop individualized nursing diagnoses and care plans
Deliver patient-centered nursing care including medication administration, therapeutic interventions, behavioral support, and emergency response
Evaluate patient progress, revise treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning and post-acute care resources
Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately while communicating updates across interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families, support transition planning, and uphold safety, ethical, and regulatory standards while participating in leadership and quality improvement activities
Candidate Profile
2–5 years of clinical experience in an acute or ambulatory healthcare setting and experience in clinical performance review required
Active Illinois RN license in good standing required; BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (or equivalent), and CPI certifications required
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, patient safety systems, infection prevention, and clinical documentation review
Experience with incident reporting, regulatory reporting, policy development, education, and compliance monitoring
