Registered Nurse

Workwise Healthcare Staffing and Consulting is seeking for skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg Cardiac Unit. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for patients utilizing fetal and maternal monitoring equipment. 
• Manage the patient's pain including epidural and patient controlled analgesia administration.
• Assist physician during delivery, treatment, examination and surgical procedures. 
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
• Provide patient and family education on labor, pain and newborn care.
• Conduct detailed clinical assessments, prioritize patient and family needs, create, implement, and evaluate care plans. 

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Valid nursing license
• BLS certification (or must obtain within 30 days of starting)
• 1 year relevant experience (under Med Surg Cardiac unit)

Work schedule: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM - 12 hours per day, 3x per week (Nights)
