Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. You will oversee daily nursing operations, provide direct clinical care, and help ensure the highest standards of resident health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate shift activities.
• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, IV therapy, and laboratory-related procedures.
• Complete resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Manage admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
