Key Qualifications:
Active RN or LPN/LVN license in Michigan
Experience in a school setting preferred, especially working with high school-aged youth
Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills

Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and student well-being
Current CPR/BLS certification
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and monitoring of medical conditions
Develop and implement healthcare plans tailored to student needs
Respond promptly to health emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary
Document assessments, interventions, and communications in accordance with school and nursing standards
Educate students, families, and staff regarding medical needs and best practices
Participate in meetings as required by the educational team
