REGISTERED NURSE - SKILLED NURSING FACILITY
Aspirus Medford Care & Rehab, Medford, WI
Full Time (.8 FTE, 64 hours every pay period)
12-hour WEEKEND ONLY - 7am - 7:30pm shifts, Saturday and Sunday. Every other holiday
Additional hours will be available throughout the week. They would not qualify for the weekend premium pay.
Weekend Only requirement: Must work 50 out of 52 weekends/years. With this commitment time and one-half will be paid for weekend hours once off orientation.
We do have flexible staffing options to meet needs of candidate.

Job Description:
The Registered Nurse is a professional who assumes responsibility and accountability for the provision of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care provided that incorporates evidence-based practice. A key aspect of the work of Nursing is to continually improve the quality of nursing care by collecting and analyzing data.
