Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a specialty setting, preferably within electrophysiology or special procedures.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle complex procedures and patient needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Additional certifications such as RN-EP, ACLS instructor, or other specialized credentials.
  • Experience with electrophysiology equipment and procedures.
  • Familiarity with hospital electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Knowledge of sterile techniques and infection control practices.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Valid RN license in the state of practice.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in a cardiology or electrophysiology unit.

Other Requirements:
  • No local candidates within 50 miles; this position involves some travel or flexibility as needed.
  • Ability to work scheduled hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, including potential on-call duties.
  • Commitment to maintaining current licensure, certifications, and staying updated on the latest clinical practices.

Compensation for this vital role is highly competitive, with an hourly pay rate of $59.19.
