ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?The Registered Nurse (RN) performs pregnancy testing, limited obstetrical ultrasound services, client education, referrals, and support services for clients eligible for these services. The RN assists with all duties related to the Medical Department and works collaboratively with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to provide compassionate, professional, and client-centered care. The RN delivers Christ-centered care while working within established medical protocols and physician oversight requirements. WHAT WILL I DO?Perform pregnancy testing and limited obstetrical ultrasound examinations in accordance with PCC policies, approved protocols, training standards, and scope of practice.Obtain medical histories, vital signs, and other relevant clinical information to assess client health and determine appropriate care or referrals.Provide client education regarding pregnancy, parenting, adoption, healthy pregnancy practices, and available community resources.Develop and coordinate individualized client care plans in collaboration with the Chief Nursing Officer and medical team.Document client information, assessments, care provided, and significant findings accurately and timely in PCC's electronic medical record.Recognize findings requiring physician consultation, referral, or urgent medical attention and follow established procedures.Provide compassionate emotional and spiritual support to clients and, when appropriate, their family members or support persons.Maintain a clean, safe, sanitary, and well-stocked clinical environment.Participate in quality assurance, continuing education, competency validation, and professional development activities.Maintain required clinical certifications and competency in assigned clinical skills.Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, PCC policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer and other team members to support the overall operations of the Medical Department.
