Overview:

Hourly pay rate: $30.00 to $39.00 per hour (DOE)
On-site: 266 S Hobble Creek Canyon Rd, Springville UT, 84663
Schedule: 12-hour shift 3 times a week. Including 1 weekend shift every other weekend

Students live in a family style residence where community and interpersonal relationships are encouraged. Our staff offer guidance and support to adolescents and their families that include multi-modal family system approaches to amplify and solidify change.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care, including routine health needs and medical emergencies.
- Administer and document medications accurately, including controlled substances.
- Conduct timely health assessments and monitor vital signs, weight, mood, and behavior
- Coordinate lab work and accompany residents to medical appointments
- Communicate relevant medical information to parents, the Nursing Director, and Treatment Team
- Collaborate with therapists and psychiatric providers to support treatment plans
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Active RN/LPN License
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Experience working in a behavioral health setting.
- Experience with adolescents.
- Strong clinical skills including assessments, medication management, and monitoring vitals.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
