What You'll Do

• Lead and support the nursing team during the night shift
• Help ensure residents receive high-quality care
• Assess resident needs and address clinical concerns
• Supervise CNAs and nursing staff
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members
• Promote a safe, positive, and resident-focused environment

What You'll Need

• Current Utah RN license (or NLC-eligible)
• Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills
• Previous long-term care experience preferred
• Leadership experience or strong leadership potential
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
