Registered Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking an RN - Registered Nurse Supervisor.
- Full-Time: 11pm to 7:30am; Sunday, Wed and Thursday then Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.
- $40 to $42 per hour based oncircumstances including license, skills, qualifications, degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus!
RN - Registered Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:
- Current IL RN - Registered Nurse License.
- Minimum of one year in Long-Term Care.
- Minimum of one year of Nursing Supervisory experience, in Long-Term Care or a hospital.
- BLS certification.
- Be able to cover for occasional call-offs as needed.
- Experience in promoting and facilitating teamwork.
- PCC experience preferred.
RN - Registered Nurse Supervisor Job Summary:
- Support the daily activity of Nurses and CNAs.
- Complete required documentation.
- Make daily rounds of assigned units.
- Communicate with DON/ADON.
- Complete necessary logs, audits.
