Registered Nurse - Surgery Center
Part Time Day Shift - TriHealth Surgery Center West

Work Schedule:
- Part Time Days - (48hours bi-weekly)
- Schedule will fall within Monday, 8-hour days
- No weekends, holidays or call
In this fast-paced ambulatory surgery center, the Registered Nurse will be focusing on the OR with flexibility to assist in Endoscopy, while caring for a wide variety of patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, with diverse procedures and acuity levels-making every day unique. This cross-trained role requires flexibility to prepare patients for surgery, recover them post-operatively, and step in to monitor patients or assist in the OR as needed. The position emphasizes adaptability, teamwork, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic surgical environment.

Job Requirements:
- Associate''s Degree - Nursing (Required)
- New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire. (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
- Experience in a critical care or OR setting is strongly preferred
- Knowledge, judgment, and skills derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs at various stages of the life cycle

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform initial and ongoing patient/family assessments and document per guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care based on patient needs and expected outcomes.
- Provide safe, ethical, patient‑centered care while supporting dignity, diversity, and autonomy.
- Prioritize care based on patient condition and unit needs.
- Safely administer medications and treatments; perform technical skills per policy.
- Recognize and respond to emergencies, initiating appropriate interventions.
- Evaluate patient responses to care and revise plans in collaboration with the care team.

- Supervise delegated tasks and ensure quality care delivery.
