Job Description:

Location:630 5th Ave W, Hendersonville, NC 28739

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

• Assesses and diagnoses patients' and families needs to provide quality care. 

• Develops and communicates realistic problem lists for each patient in collaboration with the patient and family. Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment.

• Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided. Promotes effective working relations and works as part of a team to meet departmental goals and objectives.

• Maintains current knowledge, certification, and licensure, and pursues ongoing professional growth and development.

• Provides patient education and support to address identified needs.

• Monitors and evaluates patient progress and adjusts care plans as necessary. Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care. 

• Other duties as assigned.
