Registered Nurse Surgical Intermediate Care

Ascension is hiring a Registered Nurse for our Surgical Intermediate Care unit. In this role, you will provide evidence-based post-operative and step-down care, including assessment, telemetry monitoring, medication administration, and complex wound care. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement care plans, support patients and families through education, and ensure safe transitions of care.
