    Description

    The Staff Pad has partnered with a renowned hospital in Helena, MT who has a vision of being the gold standard for healthcare and we are looking to hire dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to work in the Surgical Unit.

    What You’ll Do

    • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate, deliver holistic, family-centered care focused on improving patient outcomes
    • Collect, verify, and organize patients’ health information accurately and efficiently
    • Support high-quality care through detailed planning and continuous evaluation
    • Deliver direct patient care in a clinical setting under the guidance of nursing leadership (Unit Director or designee) and the Charge Nurse
    • Conduct thorough assessments of critical care patients and maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
    • Collaborate effectively with physicians, peers, and interdisciplinary teams in a supportive, team-oriented environment

    What We Are Looking For
    We are looking for a skilled RN who demonstrates:

    • Strong critical thinking, organization, and emotional intelligence skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment
    • Sound communication and interpersonal skills to provide empathetic, non-judgmental patient care
    • Quick adaptability to changing schedules, technologies, and department needs

    Education & Experience

    • Relevant experience demonstrating the ability to succeed as a Medical/Surgical Nurse
    • Graduate of an accredited nursing program required

    Licenses and Certifications

    • Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • BLS certification (within 6 months of hire) required
