In this role you will deliver high -quality nursing care by utilizing clinical expertise, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining excellence communication, and documentation.<\/span>
<\/p>

Schedule: Full -Time | Days | Nights | 12 -hours Shifts | 0.9 FTE or 0.75 FTE<\/span>

What You’ll Do<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/p>

  • Utilize the nursing process to provide holistic, family -centered patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collect, verify, and organize patients’ health information accurately and efficiently<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Deliver direct patient care under the direction of the Unit Director (or designee) and Charge Nurse<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Conduct thorough assessments of critical care patients and maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support high -quality care through detailed planning and continuous evaluation<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Facilitate patient hand -offs and support patients throughout the care continuum<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, peers, and interdisciplinary teams in a teamwork -focused environment<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills while embracing feedback and thriving in a fast -paced, ever -changing clinical setting<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Provide compassionate, patient -centered care with professionalism, flexibility, and emotional intelligence<\/span>

    What We Are Looking For<\/span>
    <\/p>

    Qualifications<\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license required<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • BLS certification (within 6 months of hire) required  <\/span>
      <\/li>
    • 1+ year of RN experience preferred<\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>
