Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Schedule: Flexible availability required, including weekends, special events, and travel between both locations.


Position Overview


At ADARE Longevity & Aesthetics, we are redefining patient care through a personalized, science-backed approach to aesthetics, preventative wellness, and longevity.


We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and passionate Registered Nurse to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is personable, hardworking, eager to learn, and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.


We value a positive attitude, strong work ethic, teamwork, and a genuine passion for helping others. Previous medical spa experience is a plus, but not required.


Key Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws, venipuncture, and IV insertions.
• Administer IV therapy, wellness infusions, and IM vitamin injections.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor patients throughout treatment.
• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold clinical safety protocols.
• Collaborate with providers to deliver personalized patient care.
• Assist with daily clinical operations and treatment preparation.
  
  

Wellness, Longevity & Aesthetic Education

• Develop a strong understanding of ADARE's services, including red light therapy, HBOT, aesthetic injectables, facial treatments, body contouring, regenerative medicine, and longevity therapies.
• Educate patients on preventative wellness, skincare, and available treatments within professional scope.
• Remain eager to learn and participate in ongoing education and training.
  
  

Patient Experience & Retention

• Deliver a luxury-level patient experience from consultation through follow-up.
• Build lasting relationships through trust, education, and personalized care.
• Support patient retention through thoughtful follow-ups and ongoing treatment planning.
• Represent ADARE's elevated standards of professionalism and service.
  
  

Practice Growth, Marketing & Events

• Contribute to patient acquisition, retention, and practice growth.
• Participate in Instagram, TikTok, educational content, and promotional campaigns.
• Represent ADARE at community events, wellness activations, and brand collaborations.
• Support special events, promotions, and patient engagement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve practice goals.
  
  

Weekend and event availability is REQUIRED. Candidates must be willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, off-site events, and between both locations.


Qualifications & Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Florida RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong IV insertion, venipuncture, and injection administration skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for medical aesthetics, wellness, and longevity.
• Medical spa or wellness experience preferred, not required.
