    Insurance Coverage Begins Quickly

    Coverage starts on the first day of the month following your orientation date.

    The Registered Nurse reports to the Nurse Manager and provides high-quality nursing care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

    In this role, you will:

    • Deliver patient and family-centered care
    • Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
    • Lead and support assigned team members
    • Develop and implement individualized plans of care
    • Provide patient education and health promotion
    • Promote a safe, therapeutic, and healing environment
    • Participate in shared governance and professional practice initiatives
    • Utilize critical thinking to improve patient outcomes
    • Support clinical excellence and evidence-based practice
    • Demonstrate accountability, leadership, and professional growth

      Additional Job Description

      Education

      • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

      Licensure & Certifications

      • Current South Carolina Registered Nurse License or Compact State RN License
      • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
