Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
  • Manage telemetry patients including cardiac rhythm interpretation and non-titrating cardiac drips
  • Provide patient care for diverse diagnoses such as Post-Operative Orthopedic, Neuro, and Telemetry cases
  • Perform blood draws and other phlebotomy tasks
  • Collaborate with charge nurses, RTs, wound care teams, and hospitalist staff
  • Follow hospital protocols for safety, PPE, and patient monitoring
  • Maintain EMR documentation using Meditech Expanse
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid RN license for Louisiana
  • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
  • 2+ years of acute care RN experience, including telemetry
  • Ability to pass EKG competency exam
  • Experience with Meditech EMR and telemetry monitoring

Preferred:
  • Experience with orthopedic, neuro, or cardiac patients
  • Telemetry or Cardiology RN background
