Candidate will be cross-trained in all aspects of obstetrical care within The Birthing Suite. You will work alongside a well-established OB/GYN and pediatric group in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

Qualified candidates should be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with current NH RN licensure. Previous OB nursing experience is strongly preferred. Baccalaureate in nursing strongly preferred. Certification in specialty strongly preferred. NRP and STABLE certifications required.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients conditions, treatments, and progress. Report any changes or concerns promptly to the appropriate team members.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and protocols.

  • Support and Advocacy: Offer emotional support and advocate for patients rights, ensuring they receive compassionate and respectful care.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on medical advancements, best practices, and industry standards through ongoing professional development activities.

Requirements:

  • Maintenance of confidential information.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment.
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by New Hampshire Board of Nursing.

Working Hours:

This is a Full-time, variable shift/nights position, 36 hours per week.

Salary:

Up to $50.00/hour.
