About the Role:ComForCare In-Home Care - Baltimore/Carroll is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in Towson, MD. Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing procedures in a home health setting
- Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members
- Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home safety
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations and documentation standards
Requirements:- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
- Previous home health, med-surg, or community nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Own transportation and valid driver's license for home visits
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
- Compassionate, self-motivated, and able to work independently
