Job Summary and QualificationsThe Trauma Resource RN will work in Critical Care areas. Will be responsible for the observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care; health teaching and counseling of the ill, injured, or infirm; and the promotion of wellness, maintenance of health, and prevention of illness of others. The RN provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
