Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Valid RN license.
- Certifications Requirements: State licensure for RN.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in School setting preferred or with pediatrics
- Human Trafficking Training
Child Abuse and Neglect Training
Valid CPR and AED Certification from an IDOE approved provider
Suicide prevention training certificate.

Job Responsibilities:
-Supervise the school health services program in the following areas
Daily operations
Maintaining and administering first aid and emergency procedures
Implementation of mandated immunization requirements and screening programs
Dispensing prescription and OTC medications
Providing care/assistance to students
Creating and maintaining health records on all students
Promote and maintain positive relationships with all students, parents, and staff
Attending required training sessions and staff meetings
Participation in school committees (i.e.: wellness, crisis team)
Handling clerical functions/reports in a timely manner
