Key Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledgeable and compassionate clinical practice and patient care coordination, with a focus on a patient-centered approach.
• Deliver care to both adult and pediatric patients, with approximately 20% of the patient population being pediatric.
• Maintain a 4-5:1 patient-to-nurse ratio to ensure quality care.
• Perform care using ventilator and arterial blood gas (ABG) equipment as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to create a supportive environment and optimize patient outcomes.
• Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways to deliver high-quality care.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of RN experience in an acute care setting, preferably emergency care.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; candidates with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) must obtain a BSN within five years of employment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a caring and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in computer skills and electronic health records (EHR).
