Job Summary

A-Line Staffing is hiring PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) in Flagstaff, AZ to support a skilled nursing / long-term care setting. This is an as-needed role with 12-hour shifts (days and nights available) — 40 hours/week is not guaranteed .

Schedule

• PRN / As Needed
• 12-hour shifts
• Typical shift time: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (day shift)
• Night shift availability also needed (candidate should indicate Day, Night, or Both)

What You’ll Do

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and within RN scope
• Complete nursing assessments (including admissions) and support care planning
• Document clinical care, assessments, and patient progress
• Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff
• Provide leadership/limited supervision to support staff as needed
• Assist with resident care/ADLs when necessary
• Participate in shift report handoff and team-based nursing workflows

• Requirements (Must Have)

  • Active RN license (Arizona)
  • Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • TB test (TB skin test / 2-step TB as required)
  • Drug screen
  • COVID vaccine card
  • Ability to complete compliance items and onboarding requirements

  Preferred

  • Open to recent grads or < 1 year experience (SNF/LTC a plus)

  Additional Notes

  • Local candidates only (must be local at time of submission)
  • Must be available for an in-person interview within 1 week after posting close
  • Must be able to start within ~2 weeks of offer (pending onboarding/PO)
