Registered Nurse - VNA Home Health Care - Marlboro, Southboro, Sudbury

VNA Care is seeking Home Health RNs for full time or part time Case Manager roles.

Schedules available: Monday- Friday, 32 - 40 hours from 8a-4:30p.

Salary range: $86,000 - $129,000 for a full-time schedule, will need to adjust for part-time schedules.

Territory: Westboro, Southboro, Sudbury, Hudson and surrounding towns.

Requirements:

• Compassionate, enjoy working with patients and their families, organized and ability to multi-task.
• Good standing MA RN License
• 1 year of med/surg experience; 1 year of acute care experience helpful
• Willingness to travel within a territory.
