Registered Nurse - Wound Care - PRN

The Staff Pad is partnering with a respected healthcare organization in Hamilton, Texas to hire a compassionate Wound Care Registered Nurse dedicated to providing specialized wound management and exceptional patient care in a collaborative clinical environment.<\/span>

In this role, you will assess, treat, and monitor patients with acute and chronic wounds while working closely with providers and interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal healing outcomes.<\/span>

What You'll Do<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span>

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop treatment plans<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Provide wound care treatments and dressing changes<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Monitor healing progress and document patient outcomes<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Educate patients and families on wound care management<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure quality outcomes<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation<\/span>
  <\/li><\/ul>

  What We Are Looking For<\/span>

  Qualifications<\/span>
  <\/p>

  • Active Texas RN License<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Current BLS certification<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Wound Care certification preferred<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Previous wound care or clinical nursing experience preferred<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills<\/span>
