The Staff Pad is partnering with a respected healthcare organization in Hamilton, Texas to hire a compassionate Wound Care Registered Nurse dedicated to providing specialized wound management and exceptional patient care in a collaborative clinical environment.
In this role, you will assess, treat, and monitor patients with acute and chronic wounds while working closely with providers and interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal healing outcomes.

What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide wound care treatments and dressing changes
- Monitor healing progress and document patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on wound care management
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN License
- Current BLS certification
- Wound Care certification preferred
- Previous wound care or clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills
