Paramount Home Health Care LLC is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable Registered Nursed (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for an 2-year-old pediatric patient in a home setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and flexible environment.Overnight shift.
Position Details
- Patient: 2-year-old child (pediatric care)
- Setting: Patient’s home in Westley Chapel, FL
- Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12-hour Overnight shift)
Flexible Schedule Options
Choose the schedule that works best for you:
- 3 Days/Week: Thursday, Friday, Saturday
OR - 4 Days/Week: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor patient condition and report any changes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being at all times
- Communicate effectively with family and care team
- G-tube Managment
Qualifications
- Active Florida LPN license or RN
- Pediatric experience preferred (but not required)
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- CPR certification (required)
- Reliable transportation
