Concierge Care is looking for an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to assist with client assessments and nursing oversight throughout the Jacksonville area.

This is a PRN field-based position designed for an RN who values flexibility and enjoys working directly with clients in their homes. Rather than a traditional facility nursing schedule, visits are scheduled according to client assessment and reassessment needs.

Your Role With Our Team

As one of our PRN Registered Nurses, you will help ensure our clients receive services appropriate to their individual needs.

Your work may include:

• Conducting initial client assessments in the home
• Completing scheduled reassessments
• Evaluating client needs and changes in condition
• Reviewing and updating care information
• Completing required nursing documentation
• Communicating relevant findings with our care team
• Providing nursing oversight as required
• Helping maintain continuity and quality of client care

What You'll Need

Candidates must provide:

• Active Florida Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• Social Security card
• Current health statement completed within the previous 6 months stating you are free of communicable diseases
• Ability to successfully meet AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening requirements

This is an RN position. CNA/HHA credentials are not required, and the Medication and HIV/AIDS CEUs required for our caregiver positions are not required for this role.

This opportunity can work well for nurses seeking additional PRN hours without adding another traditional facility-based schedule.

Because assessments take place in clients' homes, we're looking for an RN who is comfortable working independently, manages documentation well, communicates professionally, and can travel locally throughout the Jacksonville service area.
