Registered Nurse

Service Area: Gainesville, Ocala, Leesburg & Surrounding Communities
Schedule: PRN

Concierge Care is expanding our nursing team and seeking a Florida-licensed Registered Nurse to support clients throughout the Gainesville and Ocala area.

This PRN role focuses primarily on in-home assessments and nursing oversight. It is a great fit for an RN who enjoys working independently, meeting clients in their homes, and having flexibility outside of a traditional hospital or facility schedule.

About the Position

Our RNs play an important role in helping us understand each client's individual needs and ensuring appropriate services are in place.

Responsibilities may include:

• Visiting clients in their homes to complete nursing assessments
• Performing reassessments as required
• Reviewing client health and care needs
• Assisting with development and updates to care plans
• Providing nursing oversight and guidance when needed
• Communicating changes or concerns with the appropriate office team
• Maintaining complete and accurate documentation
• Helping support quality and continuity of care for our clients
  
  

Qualifications

To be considered, applicants must have:

• Current and active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license
• Current automobile insurance
• Social Security card
• Health statement completed within the last 6 months confirming freedom from communicable diseases
• Ability to meet AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening requirements
  
  

Flexible PRN Nursing Opportunity

This position may be especially appealing to an RN looking to add flexible assessment work to an existing schedule. Assignments are based on client needs throughout the Gainesville, Ocala, and surrounding service areas.
