Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality, comprehensive nursing care in clients’ homes under RN supervision
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans
• Educate patients and caregivers on health management
• Accept and document verbal physician orders
• Clear and tranparent communication with physicians, families, and care teams regarding patient status
• Complete, accurate and timely documentation of nursing care

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN or LVN license or compact license
• Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• Home health nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing

Work Schedule & Environment

• Full-time and part-time postions available
• Day and night shifts avaialble
• Weekday and weekends shifts avaialble
• In-home private duty nursing
