A wellestablished pharmacy in Boca Raton, Florida is seeking a Registered Pharmacist to support its growing patient base. This role offers both parttime and fulltime scheduling options and is ideal for a clinician who values accuracy, patient trust, and a smooth, wellrun workflow. Role Overview
The Pharmacist will provide highquality dispensing, regulatory compliance, and patientcentered service in a collaborative environment. The position includes oversight of pharmacy technicians, inventory management, and adherence to Florida Board of Pharmacy standards. Key Responsibilities
Review, verify, and dispense prescription medications with precision
Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
Oversee daily workflow and support pharmacy technicians
Manage inventory, including controlled substances
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Uphold quality assurance and patient safety protocols
Qualifications
Active Florida Pharmacist License
Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance
Experience in retail or community pharmacy preferred
High attention to detail and sound clinical judgment
Compensation & Schedule
$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Parttime and fulltime schedules available
Expected weekly hours: 20-50, depending on availability
