Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Registered Professional Land Surveyor based in Arlington, TX. The role involves managing and conducting various surveying tasks such as topographic surveys, land boundary surveys, and building surveys. Responsibilities include operating surveying equipment like total stations, ensuring accuracy of measurements, and collaborating with engineers and other professionals. The Registered Professional Land Surveyor will also oversee survey projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and project requirements.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying methods
  • Experience with Total Station operations and Building Surveying
  • Strong foundation in general Surveying practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Registered as a Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) in Texas or eligibility for registration
  • Proficiency with CAD software and GIS tools is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
