What You'll Do

  • Manage surveying projects for residential, commercial, and development clients.
  • Assign and oversee project workloads to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Review and approve survey deliverables for quality and accuracy.
  • Coordinate schedules and communicate with clients, field crews, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
  • Maintain active involvement in technical surveying activities and project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues affecting schedules and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with office and field personnel to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles.

What You Need

  • Current Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license.
  • 2–5 years of experience working as an RPLS.
  • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial land surveying practices.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD.
  • Experience managing surveying projects and quality control processes.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
