This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, coachable, and wants a clear path to higher earnings and career growth.


What You’ll Do:

• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Quote and sell auto, home, and life insurance policies
• Handle inbound calls, policy changes, and customer questions
• Follow up on leads and cross-sell additional coverage
• Deliver excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales mindset (comfortable asking for the sale)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Coachable and goal-oriented
• Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain within 30–60 days)
