As a Respiratory Care Practitioner at The Women’s Hospital, you’ll be part of a dedicated, compassionate team focused on providing exceptional care to our neonatal and pediatric patients. In this role you’ll deliver life-saving respiratory care to newborns, infants and children, helping some of our most vulnerable patients take their very first breaths, grow stronger, and thrive.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be trusted to:
- Perform diagnostic respiratory procedures and support advanced assessments
- Deliver specialized neonatal and pediatric respiratory therapies tailored to each patient’s condition
- Administer respiratory medications and provide education to caregivers on equipment use and proper technique
- Respond promptly to emergent situations and perform CPR when needed
- Provide percussion and postural drainage therapies to support airway clearance and lung function
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, family-centered care
What You Bring
We’re looking for skilled, compassionate clinicians who are passionate about pediatric and neonatal respiratory care. Required qualifications include:
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the NBRC
- Current state licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required for those assigned to neonatal/pediatric critical care areas
