Responsibilities ----------------
Deliver specialized direct patient care as a Pediatric Registered Respiratory Therapist, evaluating and treating children with acute and chronic respiratory insufficiencies.
Assess pediatric patients and develop individualized care plans, implementing advanced respiratory therapy modalities to improve clinical outcomes.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate pediatric respiratory care, support quality improvement initiatives, and enhance patient safety.
Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, home care strategies, and community resources to strengthen long-term health outcomes.
Respond to emergency code situations, providing critical respiratory support and life-saving interventions for pediatric patients.
