The Registered Respiratory Therapist performs Cardiopulmonary duties in accordance with hospital policy/procedure under general supervision. This can include administering of respiratory treatments, airway management, ventilator management, blood gases, and other noninvasive cardiology procedures. This individual will be held to a high level of customer service representation and will be an active participant in the continuous quality improvement process. Serves as a resource to other employees.
Education High School Diploma or GED
Experience No prior work experience required
Licenses & Certifications *ACLS Certification *Healthcare Provider (CPR) *Registered Respiratory Therapist *Respiratory Care Professional
Qualifications *Must become certified in ACLS within 8 months of employment.
