What You''ll Do

As a Respiratory Therapist, you''ll provide expert respiratory care to infants, children, and adolescents across a variety of inpatient settings. You''ll play a vital role in assessing patients, managing complex therapies, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive respiratory care to pediatric patients
• Managing mechanical ventilation and advanced airway therapies
• Administering oxygen therapy, specialty gases, and aerosolized medications
• Performing arterial blood gas analysis and patient assessments
• Delivering chest physiotherapy and other respiratory interventions
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and the multidisciplinary care team
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and department education
• Maintaining clinical competency through ongoing professional development

Education Requirements

• 2 year/Associate Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Associate Degree
• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
