A passion for clinical excellence and mentoring
Comfort working in high-acuity environments
Strong aseptic and infection control practices
Excellent customer service and basic computer skills
Minimum Requirements
Experience: 2 years of respiratory experience
Education: Completion of an accredited 2-year respiratory therapy program (CRT/RRT eligible)
Certifications:
Licensed RRT in the State of Arizona
BLS (required)
ACLS & PALS
NRP within 12 months
Preferred Requirements
Experience: Acute care/ICU, hemodynamics, PFT, cardiology, and precepting
