Shift: Day Shift – 3x12 Hours (07:00 AM – 07:30 PM)
Contract Duration: 12 Weeks
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with strong neonatal and pediatric critical care experience for a 12-week assignment in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will provide respiratory care support across NICU, PICU, and CVICU pediatric patient populations in a high-acuity hospital environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver respiratory therapy care to neonatal and pediatric critical care patients
- Manage and monitor respiratory equipment and ventilators in NICU, PICU, and CVICU settings
- Assess patient respiratory status and respond appropriately to critical care situations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow facility protocols
- Float to affiliated pediatric and neonatal units as required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent RRT experience required
- Must have pediatric, PICU, and Level IV NICU experience
- Current Ohio RRT License required at time of submission
- NBRC Certification required
- BLS, Advanced NRP, and PALS Certifications required
- Strong critical care and ventilator management skills required
