Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 12-week assignment in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will provide respiratory care support for neonatal and pediatric critical care patients across NICU, PICU, and CVICU settings in a high-acuity healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver respiratory therapy care for neonatal and pediatric critical care patients
- Manage ventilators and respiratory support equipment in NICU, PICU, and CVICU units
- Assess and monitor patient respiratory status and respond to critical care situations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow facility protocols
- Float to affiliated pediatric and neonatal care units as required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent RRT experience required
- Must have experience in Pediatrics, PICU, and Level IV NICU care
- Current Ohio RRT License required at time of submission
- NBRC Certification required
- BLS, Advanced NRP, and PALS Certifications required
- Strong critical care and ventilator management skills required
