Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Travel Job

We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• One year experience as an RRT
• BLS certification

• Experience operating invasive and non-invasive ventilatory equipment
• Experience with oxygen, aerosol, and nebulizer devices
• Experience performing suctioning, oximetry, capnography monitoring, and arterial puncture according to policy
• Experience with 12-Lead EKG and basic arrhythmia recognition
• Experience with mechanical ventilation setup, self-testing, monitoring, and maintenance
• ACLS guideline familiarity for cardiopulmonary resuscitation
